Senior Thesis Title: It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me
Senior Thesis Statement: Over the years music has received the reputation of corrupting people, however music in itself does not have to corrupt people if they understand the power of music and use it well.
Brief Description of Senior Thesis: I will explore how music affects people, how it can make us feel, and what it can do on a psychological level. With all of my research, I am looking to answer the question of whether music in itself can be cited as a genuine cause of corrupting people.
Post Graduation Plans: To study supply chain management at Texas A&M University
What advice or encouragement would you give to younger students at Westminster? Cherish the time spent with your friends and make lots of memories because time will fly by before you know it.
Favorite Bible Verse: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).
Prayer Request: That I hold fast to the foundation I have received at Westminster as I move into the next phase of my life.
