Senior Thesis Title: The Importance of Classic Literature and Why We Study It

Senior Thesis Statement: It is important to read classic literature because of the morals it teaches us, its facilitation of a foundation based on critical thinking and literacy, and, finally, because it shows an emphasis on the ‘human condition’, something that we can all relate to.

Brief Description of Senior Thesis: In my thesis, I argue about the importance of classic literature. Though understanding that it’s important isn’t difficult, I strive to explain exactly why it is critical and why we need it not only for our education, but for personal growth in our moral, Christian values.
