Senior Thesis Title: The Necessity of Pain

Senior Thesis Statement: In order to live a good life, we must stop the demonization of pain and accept struggle as a necessary part of life.

Brief Description of Senior Thesis: The 21st century culture has created a network of painkillers and a mindset that the good life is devoid of struggle. This worldview has crept into the lives of Christians as a result of a world moving away from God. This has become very detrimental not only to our physical well being but also our relationship with God. To thrive mentally, physically, and relationally is impossible without struggle.

Post Graduation Plans:  To double major in welding and automotive service technology at Moore Tech

What advice or encouragement would you give to younger students at Westminster? Grades matter, but not as much as you think.

Please share a funny memory or highlight from your time at Westminster: Waffle House – Feb 17, 2023

Favorite Bible Verse:  “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble” (Matthew 6:34).

Prayer Request: Please pray that I would find Christian community and set healthy habits in this new phase of life.
