Senior Thesis Title: Intuitive Eating: Restoring Our Designed Relationship with Food
Brief Description of Senior Thesis: To have a healthy relationship with food we must follow our intuitive design. Intuitive eating is an approach to food that integrates instinct, emotion, and rationale to cultivate a healthy relationship with food. First we must acknowledge that we have lost our sense of moderation. Because of the fall, eating is no longer natural or balanced. Thankfully, Christ came to restore our instinct, emotion, and rationale. We can return to our designed relationship with food by following our design.
