This year, the seniors who run Secret Santa decided to use this time for Upper School and Lower School buddies to work together as Secret Santas for those less fortunate than us. All of the Secret Santa gifts will be given to Su Casa, whose mission is “to glorify God and to advance his Kingdom by ministering to the spiritual, physical, and social needs of Hispanic residents in the Memphis area. Su Casa exists to share the love of Christ in word and deed to this population by helping them meet these challenges. Our vision is to develop a model for ministering to Hispanic families in our city with outreach services being closely connected with a neighborhood church.”
US and LS buddies enjoyed selecting and wrapping a gift and placing it under the Christmas tree, bedecked with ornaments made by LS classes. Students ate lunch together, decorated cookies, played games, and enjoyed being together.
Feliz Navidad!
