Please share a funny memory or highlight from your time at Westminster:When I was in sixth grade, Mr. Read hung my pencil pouch from the ceiling without me realizing, and then I walked in and didn’t understand why everyone was laughing at me. It took me about three hours to figure out that they were gone.

Senior Thesis Title: Reaching the Least of These: The Importance of Special Needs in a Church

Senior Thesis Statement: Special Needs Ministries are a necessary and primary way to grow the Kingdom of God.

Brief Description of Senior Thesis: The body of Christ, which is the church, is supposed to be a haven for the world and a reflection of Jesus’ life on Earth. However, the church falls short of this mission when reaching those with special needs. Churches should make a special effort to include those with special needs because it positively affects those with special needs and their families, those with special needs can have a significant effect on the church, and Jesus calls his followers to reach out to those with special needs.
