What advice or encouragement would you give to younger students at Westminster?
You get out of Westminster what you put in, so only you can determine how great your education will be.

Please share a funny memory or highlight from your time at Westminster: I loved dancing the polka my first year of Protocol.

Senior Thesis Title:
Why physician assisted suicide should not be legalized

Senior Thesis Statement:
Physician assisted suicide should not be made legal because it encourages patients to choose that option, undermines the honor and perseverance of doctors, and places man above God.

Brief Description of Senior Thesis:
Firstly, multiple studies have shown the negative effects of legalizing physician assisted suicide. People soon begin to feel that they are a heavy burden on their loved ones, and will often choose death over those feelings. Secondly, allowing our doctors to violate their “do no harm” oath, slowly corrupts the honor of our doctors. Thirdly, human life is not for us to terminate because we have intrinsic value given by God.

Plans:
To attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville to study Neuroscience on the Pre-Med Track

Favorite Bible Verse:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Philippians 4:6-8

Prayer Request:
For a smooth transition into college life and that I am able to find a solid Christian community quickly!
