Senior Thesis Title:
The Death of Imagination
Senior Thesis Statement:
We, as Christians, must set an example for the next generation by properly stewarding screens and modern technology, and by fostering a healthy imagination.
Brief Description of Senior Thesis:
The rise of technology over tools has gravely threatened our imaginations by promoting the idea of “easy everywhere” and therefore discredits and replaces the imagination in everyday life. The imagination opens our eyes to the wonders of God’s revelation and gives us the means to create beautiful things in praise of Him, for which technology is a poor substitute. The best way to steward technology is to uproot the idea of easy, everywhere and create a space where the imagination can flourish.
Plans:

Favorite Bible Verse:
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”
Psalm 103:1-5
