Westminster Academy 7th – 12th graders recently competed in the 2024 Wordsmith Writing Olypics at the University of Memphis. Students took part in the 40-Word Dash and the 400-Word Main Event, in addition to intermediate length events. They had an excellent showing, and results are listed below. Of note, Westminster took home the first place school trophy for 12th grade & 7th grade, the second place school trophy for 8th grade, and the third place school trophy for 10th grade, in addition to several individual medals.
